Cinnamon raisin supreme dream cereal.

2 cups of oat groats (oats before they have been cut)
¼ cup of sucanat (sugar before its been refined or bleached)
½ cup of raisins (add more if you really love raisins)
3 tablespoons of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of Celtic sea salt (Celtic sea salt has over 82 trace minerals, very healthy/tasty) (Salt before its been refined or bleached)
So here is how to prepare this delicious meal, were talking serious energy, vitamins, and lots of protein, good carbohydrates and fats. Eat this and you will have the fuel necessary for a strong, muscular, lean body.
Start with the 2 cups of groats (find these in the bulk section, usually in health food stores). Put the 2 cups in bowl, add 1 tablespoon of yogurt (the cultures from yogurt will help sprout the groats), then add water. Water should just rest above the top of the groats. Let this sit over night, in the morning the groats will be ready to cook.
Bring water to a low boil, put the groats in the water, let the groats sit in the low boil (water is barley bubbling, one or two bubbles a second) for a bout 6-8 minutes. Strain the groats and get all the water out. From there, put all the groats in a big glass bowl or tupperware. Add the raisons, cinnamon, salt and sucanat. With all the ingredients added, stir up with a spoon until the mixture turns a light brown. I will suggest for optimal performance, eat ½ - ¾ cup (depending on your height, weight) and add milk.
If you’re not using milk try eating with water and peanut butter. 1 tablespoon of peanut butter and enough water to just surface the groats, mix up until the cinnamon, raisin groats and peanut butter blended in as one.
